The short version. We collect your name and phone number only when you give them to us — through a form on this site or by messaging us on WhatsApp. We use them to reply to you about the course. We do not sell them, and we do not share them with anyone outside Vegam Digital Academy. You can ask us to delete them at any time by messaging 90321 96115.

2. What we collect
Information you give us
- Name and phone number — when you fill the demo booking form or the syllabus download form
- Email address — if you enter it on the syllabus form
- Batch and timing preference — what you select on the form
- Anything you send us on WhatsApp — your messages and your WhatsApp profile name
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we use analytics and advertising tools. These place cookies in your browser and collect:
- Pages you viewed and how long you stayed
- Which buttons you tapped (for example, whether you clicked WhatsApp)
- Approximate location — city level, from your IP address
- Device type, browser and operating system
- Which website or advertisement brought you here
We do not receive your name, phone number or exact address from these tools. They tell us how the site is used, not who you are.

4. Why we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and send you course details
- To book and remind you about your free demo class
- To send you the syllabus PDF you asked for
- To improve the website — for example, if nobody scrolls past the fees, we know something is wrong there
- To measure which advertisements bring genuine enquiries
5. What we do not do
- We do not sell your details to anyone
- We do not share your number with other institutes, agents or lead sellers
- We do not buy phone number lists, and we do not message people who have not contacted us
- We do not send you unrelated promotional messages
6. How long we keep it
Enquiry details are kept for as long as we are in conversation with you, and for up to two years after that in case you come back. If you join a course, we keep your student record for as long as your lifetime course access is active, because that access depends on it.
You can ask us to delete your details sooner. See section 8.
7. Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use them for analytics and advertising, as listed in section 3. We do not use cookies to identify you personally.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work — but the map and the videos may not load properly.
8. Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to:
- Show you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything that is wrong
- Delete your information
- Withdraw consent — stop us contacting you
How to ask. Message 90321 96115 on WhatsApp, or email VegamDigitalacademy@gmail.com, with what you want done. We will act within 30 days and confirm when it is finished. There is no charge.
9. Children
This course and this website are meant for people aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have, tell us and we will delete it.
10. Security
Our website uses HTTPS. Enquiry details are kept in accounts protected by passwords and, where available, two-step verification. No system is perfect, but we do not store card numbers, bank details or identity documents on this website.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. Significant changes will be mentioned on the home page.
