The short version. Sit in the free demo class before you pay anything. If you pay and change your mind, you can get a refund within [FILL: 7] days of the batch starting, minus [FILL: 10]% administration. After that, no refund — but your seat and your lifetime access stay with you, and you can move to a later batch once at no cost.

1. Before you pay
The demo class is free, online, and carries no obligation. We ask every student to attend one before paying. It is the fairest way for you to judge whether the teaching suits you.

Fees are inclusive of course materials and the student app. There is no separate registration or certificate fee. Fees may change for future batches; the fee you pay is the fee for your batch.
3. Refunds
Before the batch starts
If you cancel before your batch begins, you receive a full refund minus [FILL: 10]% administration charges.
After the batch starts
If you cancel within [FILL: 7] days of the first class, you receive a refund minus [FILL: 10]% administration charges and the classes already delivered.
After that period
No refund is available. Digital marketing training is delivered progressively and cannot be returned once taught. Instead:
- Your lifetime access stays with you — you can return to any module later
- You may move to a later batch once, at no extra cost, if something happens in your life
- Your student app login stays active
4. When we refund in full
You get your full fee back, with no deduction, if:
- We cancel your batch and cannot offer you a suitable alternative
- We are unable to start the batch within 30 days of the date promised to you
- You were charged twice for the same thing
5. How to request a refund

- Tell us your name, batch, date of payment and the reason
- We reply within 3 working days
- Approved refunds reach your account within 10 working days, to the same account or method you paid from
6. Installments
Installment plans can be discussed before you join. If you are on an installment plan and stop attending, the amounts already paid are treated under section 3, and remaining installments are cancelled.
7. Transfers
- Batch transfer — allowed once, free, if you tell us before the batch is halfway through
- Online to classroom — allowed on paying the difference, subject to seats
- Classroom to online — allowed; the difference is not refunded, as the classroom batch includes an assigned client and lab access already made available to you
- Transfer to another person — not allowed
8. Attendance and lifetime access
Lifetime access means you may repeat any module and sit in a later batch again. It is subject to seat availability — batches are capped at 12 students, and students paying for that batch are seated first. Tell us in advance and we will fit you into the next batch that has room.
9. What we do not promise
We do not guarantee a job, a salary, an AdSense approval, or any level of earnings. Those depend on your work, your portfolio and decisions made by employers and by Google. What we guarantee is the teaching, the support and the access described above. Our position on this is stated openly on our home page.
10. Disputes
If you are unhappy, talk to us first — most things are settled in one conversation. Any dispute that cannot be settled is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
